建筑房屋工程项目施工质量管理影响因素研究

摘　　要：为提升建筑房屋工程项目施工质量,文章分析了施工各阶段的质量管理要点,细化了施工质量影响因素,构建了建筑房屋工程质量管理评价指标体系。研究结果表明,施工工艺和施工过程对施工质量起到决定性作用,施工地区的自然和社会环境也会影响施工质量。研究还提出了加强对监理人员监督、提升施工人员素质与技能的提升策略,以期推动资源合理配置和优化管理流程,为建筑行业可持续发展提供理论依据和实践指导。in order to improve the construction quality of building engineering projects,this paper analyzes the key points of quality management in each stage of construction,refines the influencing factors of construction quality,and constructs the evaluation index system of building engineering quality management.The research results show that the construction technology and construction process play a decisive role in the construction quality,and the natural and social environment of the construction area will also affect the construction quality.The study also puts forward strategies to strengthen the supervision of supervisors and improve the quality and skills of construction personnel,in order to promote the rational allocation of resources and optimize the management process,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the sustainable development of the construction industry.
