摘　　要：在建筑工程领域,预结算编制是成本管理的重要环节,直接影响项目的经济效益和资金调控。为提高编制的精确性和可靠性,文章分析了影响预结算编制的内部因素和外部因素,并提出了预结算编制准确性的提升策略,包括完善制度规范、强化数据管理、引入先进技术手段以及加强人员培训等,旨在推动建筑工程预结算编制向智能化、精细化方向发展。In the field of construction engineering,pre settlement preparation is an important part of cost management,which directly affects the economic benefits and financial control of the project.In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of pre settlement preparation,this article analyzes the internal and external factors that affect pre settlement preparation,and proposes strategies to enhance the accuracy of pre settlement preparation,including improving institutional norms,strengthening data management,introducing advanced technological means,and strengthening personnel training,aiming to promote the development of intelligent and refined pre settlement preparation for construction projects.
