绿色建筑技术视角下的民用建筑节能改造研究

摘  要:针对现有民用建筑的节能改造需求,本文在分析绿色建筑技术的基础上,以某市政府办公大楼为例,进行了综合节能改造研究。通过现状调研、技术方案设计、效果模拟与优化、技术集成应用、实施与效果评估五个步骤,对建筑围护结构、设备系统和可再生能源利用等多个方面进行全面改造。结果表明,改造后建筑能耗降低约35%,室内环境质量显著改善,节能效果显著。研究结果说明,绿色建筑技术在民用建筑节能改造中具有重要作用和应用价值。In response to the energy-saving renovation needs of existing civil buildings,this article analyzes green building technologies and conducts comprehensive energy-saving renovation research using a government office building in a certain city as an example.Through five steps of current situation research,technical scheme design,effect simulation and optimization,technology integration application,implementation and effect evaluation,comprehensive renovation of building envelope structure,equipment system,and renewable energy utilization will be carried out.The results showed that the energy consumption of the renovated building decreased by about 35%,the indoor environmental quality significantly improved,and the energy-saving effect was significant.The research results indicate that green building technology plays an important role andhas practicalvalue in energy-saving renovation of civil buildings.
