摘 要:铁路工程运维管理包含前期设计施工后期运营维护,需要各部门间互联互通、信息共享、技术业务深度融合。本文首先探讨了铁路工程在运营和维护方面的挑战,并介绍了BIM技术和云存储技术在解决这些问题上的应用和优势。其次,针对BIM和云存储技术,提出了构建一体化的铁路工程项目管理数据库的方案,旨在全面提升工程信息化管理水平,实现智能建造和信息化管理贯穿铁路工程的全生命周期。降低事故发生概率,提升运维管理水平;最后对铁路工程运维信息化方面的发展方向提出三点展望。Railway engineering operation and maintenance management includes early design,construction,and later operation and maintenance,which requires achieving project construction management goals of data interconnection,high information sharing,and deep integration of technology and business among various departments.This article first analyzes the problems existing in the operation and maintenance of railway engineering,and introduces the application and advantages of BIM technology and cloud storage technology in railway engineering;Secondly,based on BIM and cloud storage technology,an integrated railway engineering project management database is constructed to comprehensively enhance engineering information management capabilities,enabling intelligent construction and informatization to penetrate the entire lifecycle management of railway engineering,reducing the probability of accidents and improving the level of operation and maintenance management;Finally,three prospects are proposed for the development direction of informationization in railway engineering operation and maintenance.
