摘 要:BIM技术是近年来一种新兴的三维可视化建模技术,具有较高的施工效率和简便的操作方法。为探究复杂工况下深大基坑三维可视化施工技术,科学预防工程安全事故,本文利用汕头高铁站枢纽一体化工程项目,针对深厚软弱地层超大基坑、超深地连墙施工技术及深大基坑分区开挖方法问题,提出了基于BIM技术的复杂工况深大基坑施工方法。经实际工程现场施工测试验证了该深大基坑施工方法的可靠性与有效性,有望为复杂工况下的深大基坑施工提供新的设计思路与施工方案。BIM technology is a newly emerging three-dimensional visualization modeling technology in recent years,featuring high construction efficiency and simple operation methods.To explore the three-dimensional visualization construction technology of deep and large foundation pits under complex working conditions and scientifically prevent engineering safety accidents,this paper,based on the Shantou High-speed Railway Station Hub Integrated Project,proposes a construction method for deep and large foundation pits under complex working conditions based on BIM technology,addressing issues such as the construction technology of super-large foundation pits and super-deep diaphragm walls in deep and soft strata,as well as the staged excavation method of deep and large foundation pits.The reliability and effectiveness of this construction method for deep and large foundation pits have been verified through on-site construction tests in actual projects,and it is expected to provide new design ideas and construction plans for the construction of deep and large foundation pits under complex working conditions.
