摘  要:随着智慧园区的不断发展,工业上楼建筑的管理面临着新的挑战。BIM技术以其可视化、信息化、协同化等特点,为工业上楼建筑的智慧化管理提供了新的思路和方法。本文分析了工业上楼建筑的特点及管理难点,阐述了BIM技术在建筑管理中的应用优势,探讨了工业上楼建筑BIM模型的构建方法。通过应用实践和效果评估,论证了基于BIM模型的智慧园区管理平台的可行性和有效性。研究表明,利用BIM技术构建工业上楼建筑模型,搭建智慧园区管理平台,可显著提高园区管理效率,节约管理成本,为园区管理决策提供有力支持。本文为工业上楼建筑的智慧化管理提供了新的思路和实践参考。With the continuous development of smart parks,the management of multi-story industrial buildings is facing new challenges.BIM technology,with its characteristics of visualization,informatization,and collaboration,provides new ideas and methods for the intelligent management of multi-story industrial buildings.This article analyzes the characteristics and management difficulties of multi-story industrial buildings,elaborates on the advantages of BIM technology in building management,and explores the construction methods of BIM models for multi-story industrial buildings.Through practical application and effectiveness evaluation,thefeasibility and effectiveness of a smart park management platform based on BIM models have been demonstrated.Research has shown that using BIM technology to construct multi-story industrial building models and build smart park management platforms can significantly improve park management efficiency,save management costs,and provide strong support for park management decisions.This article provides new ideas and practical references for the intelligent management of multi-story industrial buildings.
