摘 要:随着建设行业数字化的发展,我国结合国际通用数据交换标准——工业基础类(Industry Foundation Classes,IFC)发布了适用于我国国情的建筑信息模型存储标准,为建设过程全生命周期数据交换提供了依据。然而,IFC作为一种典型的BIM模型文件格式在实际应用中仍面临一系列挑战,一方面是IFC格式文件在例如Web端实时染等非BIM专业建模软件环境中存在兼容性问题,通常无法直接解析和加载;另一方面是IFC文件存在数据穴余的问题,文件中包含的非染需求的属性信息极大地影响了文件传输速度和模型实时染效率。因此,本文提出了一种基于IFC格式BIM模型的轻量化转换方法,该方法旨在解决IFC格式BIM模型的跨平台兼容性问题,同时通过将IFC文件直接转换为GLTF格式文件,剥离与实时染无关的穴余信息,实现了IFC格式BIM模型的轻量化转换。研究结果表明,本文提出的转换方法在不同尺度和不同体量的IFC格式BIM模型上表现出良好的轻量化效果,有效优化了文件体积大小,更符合工程实际应用。With the development of digitalization in the construction industry,China has combined the international common data exchange standard Industry Foundation Classes(IFC)and released building information modeling storage standards suitable for the national conditions of China,providing a basis for data exchange across the entire lifecycle of construction processes.However,theIFC format,as a typical BIM model fileformat,stillfaces a series of challenges in practical applications.Firstly,IFC format files have compatibility issues in non-BIM professional modeling software environments such as real-time rendering on the web,and they are usually unable to be directly parsed and loaded.Secondly,there is a problem of data redundancy in IFC files,where the inclusion of attribute information not related to rendering significantly affects file transfer speeds and model real-time rendering efficiency.Therefore,this article proposes a lightweight conversion method based on IFC format BIM models to solve the cross-platform compatibility issues of IFC format BIM models.By directly converting IFC files to GLTF format files and stripping away redundant information unrelated to real-time rendering,this method achieves the lightweight conversion of IFC format BIM models.Research results show that the proposed conversion method demonstrates good lightweight effects on IFC format BIM models of different scales and sizes,effectively optimizing file size and better suiting practical engineering applications.
