浅谈大型体育场馆的数智化转型场景应用——以苏州体育中心项目为例

摘　　要：苏州市体育中心是苏州市首座大型综合性体育场馆,建设定位以大型赛事为主,自2002年建成投用以来,已成为苏州市重要的大型公共设施,但经过20年的变迁,场馆老化问题严重,需要结合场馆现状、运营需求等进行全面的智能化改造,以适应新时代的要求。本文以苏州市体育中心改造项目为例,以“智能化(场景化设计)+数字化(智慧运维、智慧运营)”为顶层规划,以便捷高效的精准服务、安全绿色的智慧运维为理念,通过数字孪生、物联网、大数据、人工智能等前沿技术,结合提升用户体验、商业效益需求,打造一套大型体育场馆数智化转型的运维、运营管理场景应用解决方案。Suzhou Sports Center is the first large-scale comprehensive sports venue in Suzhou city,and its.construction orientation is mainly for large-scale events.Since its completion and operation in 2002,it has become an important largescale public facility in downtown Suzhou.However,after 20 years of changes,the venue has a serious aging problem,so it is necessary to readjust its functional orientation according to the current conditions.This paper takes the renovation project of Suzhou Sports Center as an example,takes"intelligent(scenario-oriented design)+digital(intelligent operation and maintenance,intelligent operation and maintenance)"as the top-level planning,takes convenient and efficient precision service,safe and green intelligent operation and maintenance as the concept,integrates digital twin,Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologies,and combines the needs of improving user experience and business benefits.Create a set of large-scale sports venues digital intelligent transformation of operation and maintenance,operation management scenario application solutions.
