摘　　要：互联网社交媒体平台交往中的问题与挑战,并没有随着传统人工智能算法的应用而发生大的改变,依靠互联网汇聚公众意见共识仍面临一些难题。从推动人工智能技术向善出发,基于生成式大语言模型的原理与技术特点,通过建构一种多模态、多元素、跨学科融合的人工智能技术塑造互联网话语交往的商谈环境,不断加强社会舆论引导,能够使人工智能赋能公众意见共识的形成过程。The problems and challenges in social interactions on Internet social media platforms have not changed too much with the application of traditional artificial intelligence algorithms.Relying on the Internet to converge public opinion consensus still faces several challenges.Based on the principle of promoting beneficial artificial intelligence technology and the characteristics of generative language models,we can enable artificial intelligence to facilitate public opinion consensus formation.This can be achieved by constructing multimodal,multi-element,interdisciplinary integrated AI technology to shape Internet discourse environments while continuously strengthening social opinion guidance.
