摘 要:目的研究影响自动体外除颤仪(Automated External Defibrillator,简称AED)可用性的人机界面设计因素。方法归纳分析现有自动体外除颤仪的人机界面,将其界面组成划分为功能按钮区域和急救指导交互区域两类功能区。以功能区布局关系、急救指导交互图案作为研究自变量,设计不同自变量水平下的被试者内搜索实验,通过实验采集被试者在不同人机界面中的眼动数据。通过重复测量方差分析总注视时间、注视点个数、眼跳次数等眼动数据,比较研究自变量对用户在使用自动体外除颤仪界面时的可用性影响。结果界面布局关系在总注视时间、注视点个数、眼跳次数上均存在显著性差异,且垂直型界面布局的眼动数据优于水平型。急救指示图案在总注视时间和眼跳个数上存在显著性差异,且半色调图示的眼动数据优于其他两类。结论垂直型界面布局的可用性更佳,在具体的AED人机界面急救指示图案设计方面,半色调图示在信息传递效率上具有明显优势。Objective To investigate the human-machine interface(HMI)design factors that influence the usability of Automated External Defibrillators(AEDs).Methods A comprehensive analysis of the existing AED HMIs was conducted,dividing the interface components into two functional areas:the functional button area and the emergency guidance interaction area.The layout relationship of these functional areas and the emergency guidance patterns were used as independent variables.A within-subject search experiment was designed at different levels of these independent variables,and eye-tracking data was collected from participants interacting with different AED interfaces.Repeated measures analysis of variance(ANOVA)was performed on eye movement data,including total fixation time,number of fixation points,and number of saccades,to compare the impact of these variables on the usability of the AED interface.Results Significant differences were found in total fixation time,number of fixation points,and number of saccades due to the interface layout relationship.The vertical layout outperformed the horizontal layout in terms of eye movement data.Significant differences in total fixation time and number of saccades were observed across different emergency guidance patterns,with the half-tone pattern showing superior eye movement data compared to the other two patterns.Conclusion The vertical layout demonstrated better usability,and in terms of AED emergency guidance pattern design,the halftone pattern was found to have a clear advantage in information transfer efficiency.
