包容性视角下城中村更新设计研究

摘　　要：目前,我国城市发展由增量扩张为主转入存量更新为主的新阶段。作为重要的城市更新工程,城中村改造对推动城市高质量发展、提升居民生活质量有着重要影响。本文基于包容性视角,提出城中村的更新和优化策略,即:强化空间层面的更新、提振城中村经济、强化对历史文化的传承,以期为相关研究提供参考。At present,China's urban development has shifted from incremental construction to stock quality improvement.As an important urban renewal project,the transformation of urban villages has an important impact on promoting the high-quality development of cities and improving the life quality of residents.Based on the inclusive perspective,this paper proposes the renewal and optimization strategies for urban villages,namely:strengthening the renewal at the spatial level,uplifting the economy of urban villages,and reinforcing the inheritance of history and culture.The study hopes to provide reference for related research.
