基于MoVo模型的护理干预在成人先天性心脏病术后护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察在成人先天性心脏病(Adult Congential Heart Disease,ACHD)患者中实施MoVo(Motivation Volition,MoVo)模型的护理干预,对其治疗效果的改善作用。方法:将阜外华中心血管病医院在2020年12月至2021年12月期间接受手术治疗的ACHD患者100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施MoVo模型的护理干预。于入院当日、出院前1 d对比两组患者肌力水平,并使用日常生活能力评分量表(Barthel Index,BI)和生命质量测定量表(Quality of Life Instruments for Cancer Patients,QLICP),分别评估两组患者生活自理能力和生活质量。结果:入院当日,两组各项临床指比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前1 d,观察组肌力水平、BI量表评分及QLICP量表评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:实施MoVo模型的护理干预能够有效改善ACHD患者的肌力水平,提升其生活自理能力,从而提高患者生命质量。Objective To observe the improvement effect of Motivation Volition(MoVo)model in Adult Congential Heart Disease(ACHD)patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with ACHD who received surgical treatment in Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received MoVo model nursing intervention.The muscle strength levels of the two groups were compared on the day of admission and 1 day before discharge.Barthel Index(BI)and Quality of Life Instruments for Cancer Patients(QLICP)were used to evaluate the self-care ability and quality of life of patients in the two groups,respectively.Results On the day of admission,there was no significant difference in the clinical indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).One day before discharge,the muscle strength level,BI scale score and QLICP scale score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing intervention of MoVo model can effectively improve the muscle strength level of ACHD patients,enhance their self-care ability,and thus improve the quality of life of patients.
