摘 要:以As(Ⅴ)阴离子为模板,N,N,N-三甲基-3-(2-甲基烯丙酰氨基)-1-氯化丙铵和丙烯酰胺为功能单体,N,N,N,N-四甲基乙二胺(TEMED)为促进剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,合成了双网络As(Ⅴ)离子印迹冷冻凝胶(DIIC)。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对DIIC进行表征,并对吸附条件进行了优化。在pH 9、环境温度25℃、As(Ⅴ)溶液浓度300mg/L、吸附时间5min时,DIIC的最佳吸附量为48.47mg/g,非离子印迹水凝胶(DNIC)的饱和吸附量为24.05 mg/g,印迹因子为2.02。吸附动力学和等温吸附模型表明,DNIC和DIIC对As(Ⅴ)的吸附属于单分子层化学吸附,检测限为0.32μg/L;在加标样品中的回收率在80%以上,有望用于痕量As(Ⅴ)的快速检测。Double-network As(V)ion-imprinted cryogels(DIIC)were successfully synthesized by using As(V)anion as the template,3-methacrylamido-N,N,N-trimethylpropan-1-aminium chloride and acrylamide as functional monomers,N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine(TEMED)as the promoter,ammonium persulfate(APS)as the initiator,and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)as the cross linking agent.The prepared DIC was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and the adsorption conditions were optimized.At the conditions of pH 9,ambient temperature of 25℃,As(V)solution concentration of 300 mg/L,and adsorption time of 5 min,the optimal adsorption capacity of DIIC reached 48.47 mg/g,the saturated adsorption capacity of DNIC was 24.05 mg/g,and the imprinting factor was 2.02,indicating that double-network ion imprinting improved the selectivity and capacity of As(V)adsorption.The adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption models revealed that the adsorption processes of As(V)by DNIC and DIIC belong to single-molecule layer chemical adsorption.In addition,in the presence of other interfering ions,DIC exhibited high adsorption selectivity for As(V)with a detection limit of 0.32μg/L,and the recovery rates in spiked samples were all above 80%,showing it may be a potential material for rapid detection of trace As(V).
