摘 要:建立了液液萃取-气相色谱-电子捕获法快速、高效检测尿液中三氯生(TCS)的含量。利用浓盐酸水解尿液样本中的TCS,通过正己烷萃取、旋蒸、氮吹和复溶对TCS进行富集浓缩,采用TR-1气相色谱柱分离,电子捕获法检测。在优化条件下,TCS在0.1~20 ng/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.998,检出限为0.1 ng/mL。低、中、高3种浓度的加标回收率为90.7%~109.5%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~8.6%。采用本方法对20名健康志愿者的尿液进行检测,TCS的检出率为85%。该方法适用于人尿液中TCS的检测,同时为尿液中其他环境内分泌干扰物的气相色谱检测提供参考。A liquid-liquid extraction-gas chromatography-electron capture method was developed for the rapid and efficient detection of triclosan(TCS)content in urine.TCS in urine was hydrolyzed using concentrated hydrochloric acid,concentrated by hexane extraction,rotary evaporation,nitrogen blowing and re-dissolution,separated on a TR-1 gas chromatography column,and detected with electron capture.Under the optimal conditions,the linearity of TCS was good in the range of 0.1-20 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.998.The limit of detection(LOD)was 0.1 ng/mL,and the spiked recoveries for low,medium,and high concentrations ranged from 90.7%to 109.5%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)ranging from 2.5%to 8.6%.The method was used to detect TCS in the urine of 20 healthy volunteers and the detection rate of TCS was as high as 85%.This method is suitable for detecting TCS in the urine,and can also serve as a reference for detecting other environmental endocrine disruptors in urine using gas chromatography.
