摘  要:铈锆复合氧化物是目前三效催化剂中最为常用的催化助剂,准确测定铈锆复合氧化物中主成分和掺杂元素的含量,对把控产品质量具有重要意义。本研究依据相关产品标准进行成分设计,采用共沉淀和固相烧结方法进行铈锆复合物成分分析标准物质的制备。采用重量法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,对氧化锆和氧化铪合量、氧化钇、氧化镧和氧化钕4种化学组分进行了均匀性检验和稳定性检验,采用单因素方差分析法(F检验法)分析。由9家有资质的实验室对4种化学组分进行协作定值,量值准确可靠,不确定度评估合理,有效期为2年。该标准物质可以为铈锆复合氧化物的化学分析方法提供溯源途径和评价手段。Cerium-zirconium composite is a widely used catalytic additive in three-way catalysts.The accurate determination of the main components and doped elements in the cerium-zirconium composite is of great significance for product quality control.According to relevant product standards,the composition was designed,and the certified reference material was prepared by coprecipitation and solid phase sintering method.The homogeneity and stability of four compounds,including a combined amount of zirconium oxide and hafnium oxide,ytrium oxide,lanthanum oxide,and neodymium oxide,were tested by the gravimetric method and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).A one-way analysis of variance(F test)was used to analyze the distribution of each compound.The four chemical components were characterized by 9 laboratories.The certified value is accurate and reliable,the uncertainty evaluation is reasonable,and the period of validity is 2 years.The reference material can provide traceability and evaluation methods for chemical analysis of the cerium-zirconium composite.
