摘 要:通过罗丹明酰肼与4-甲酰基苯硼酸的缩合反应制备了探针分子RbBA,并利用紫外-可见(UV-vis)吸收光谱和荧光光谱对其传感性能进行表征。研究了RbBA与Cu^(2+)和Hg^(2+)之间的相互作用过程,并探讨了其在荧光成像方面的应用。实验结果表明,在80%乙醇水溶液中,RbBA对Cu^(2+)和Hg^(2+)表现出高选择性吸收和荧光响应,且光谱强度与离子浓度呈良好的线性关系。循环实验和Job′s plot实验证明RbBA与Cu^(2+)/Hg^(2+)在配位过程中形成了1∶1的络合物。该探针具有较好的生物相容性,可用于活体内Hg^(2+)的识别。In this study,a rhodamine fluorescent probe(RbBA)was synthesized by condensation of rhodamine hydrazide with 4-formylphenylboronic acid,and its sensing performance was evaluated by ultraviolet‒visible(UV-vis)absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The interaction processes of RbBA with copper ions/mercury ions(Cu^(2+)/Hg^(2+))and the probe´s application in fluorescence imaging were investigated.The experimental results demonstrated that the probe RbBA exhibited high selectivity towards Cu^(2+)/Hg^(2+)ions and high fluorescence response in 80%ethanol solution.There was a good linear relationship between the spectral intensity and ion concentration.Cyclic tests and Job´s plot experiments confirmed the formation of 1∶1 complex in the coordination process of RbBA with Cu^(2+)/Hg^(2+).The probe demonstrates good biocompatibility and is suitable for in vivo recognition of Hg^(2+).
