摘 要:设计了以吡啶基噻唑为荧光基团,二甲基硫代磷酰氯为氟离子(F-)识别基团的荧光探针P1。该探针与F-结合后,溶液颜色由无色变为浅黄色,在365 nm紫外灯照射下颜色由蓝色变为绿色,能够实现对F-的裸眼识别。荧光光谱分析表明,探针与F-作用后,在399 nm处的强荧光峰明显减弱,表明该探针是“关闭型”荧光探针。该探针用于检测F-,荧光强度与F-浓度在10~180μmol/L范围内呈较好的线性关系,具有较好的选择性和抗干扰性。A fluorescent probe P1 was designed with pyridinylthiazole as the fluorescent group and dimethyl thiophosphoryl chloride as the fluoride ion recognition group.The color of the solution changes from colorless to light yellow after interacting with fluoride ion,and from blue to green under 365 nm UV-light,which enables recognition of fluoride ion by naked eyes.In fluorescence spectrum,the strong fluorescence peak at 399 nm is significantly weakened after the probe interacting with fluoride ion,indicating the probe P1 is a"turn-off"type fluorescence probe.The probe P1 has strong selectivity and anti-interference ability for fluoride ion,and there is a good linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and fluoride ion concentration in the range of 10-180μmol/L.
