摘 要:建立了表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)检测硒软胶囊中硒代蛋氨酸(SeMet)含量的方法。以银纳米粒子溶胶(C-AgNPs)为SERS基底,1 moL/L NaCl为C-AgNPs的聚沉剂,以561 cm^(-1)和593 cm^(-1)处的峰为SeMet的SERS特征峰。在此条件下,561 cm^(-1)和593 cm^(-1)处的SERS峰面积和与SeMet的浓度在12.5~125 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R^(2)=0.9967,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.5%,平均回收率在90.0%~98.7%之间。该方法可用于硒软胶囊中SeMet的含量检测。A method was established for the determination of selenomethionine(SeMet)in selenium soft capsules by surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)using colloidal silver nanoparticles(C-AgNPs)as the SERS substrate and 1 moL/L NaCl as the precipitator.The peaks at 561 cm^(-1)and 593 cm^(-1)were used as the characteristic peaks of the Raman spectrum of SeMet.Under these conditions,the total SERS peak area of 561 cm^(-1)and 593 cm^(-1)showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of SeMet in the range of 12.5-125 mg/L,with the correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9967.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)were lower than 4.5%and the average recoveries were 90.0%-98.7%.This method can be used to detect content of SeMet in selenium soft capsules.
