摘　　要：目的 探讨儿童原发浅表软组织淋巴瘤的超声和临床特点,提高超声对其的诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析5例经病理证实的原发浅表软组织淋巴瘤患儿的超声及临床资料。结果 5例均位于皮下脂肪层内,3例头部,1例头部及背部,1例腹壁和双下肢;4例B淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤超声表现为低回声肿块伴小囊性变(巨块型1例、结节型2例、大小结节混合型1例),1例脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤超声表现为脂肪层内弥漫性强回声伴“树枝样”低回声(脂膜炎型)。结论 儿童原发浅表软组织淋巴瘤罕见,病理类型不同,超声图像特点不同,对于超声提示可疑肿块需做组织病理学及免疫组化检查明确诊断。Objective To explore the ultrasound and clinical characteristics of primary superficial soft tissue lym-phoma in children,and to improve the diagnostic level of ultrasound.Methods A retrospective analysis was conduc-ted on the ultrasound and clinical data of 5 children with pathologically confirmed primary superficial soft tissue lym-phoma.Results All 5 cases were located within the subcutaneous fat layer,including 3 cases in the head,1 case in the head and back,and 1 case in the abdominal wall and lower limbs;Four cases of B-lymphoblastic lymphoma showed hypoechoic masses with small cystic changes on ultrasound(1 case of giant type,2 cases of nodular type,and 1 case of mixed type of large and small nodules),and one case of seborrheic like T-cell lymphoma showed diffuse hy-perechoic lesions with"dendritic"hypoechogenicity in the fat layer on ultrasound(seborrheic type).Conclusions Pri-mary superficial soft tissue lymphoma in children is rare,with different pathological types and ultrasound image char-acteristics.For suspected masses detected by ultrasound,histopathological and immunohistochemical examinations are necessaryto confirm the diagnosis.
