摘　　要：新生儿住院期间由于治疗需求,常接受各种侵入性医疗操作,给他们带来了不可避免的疼痛。近年来,非营养性吸吮(non-nutritive sucking,NNS)凭借其简单、有效的优势,逐步成为一种被广泛关注的新生儿疼痛管理方法。尽管NNS已广泛应用于临床,但仍存在待优化的关键技术问题,本综述通过梳理NNS在减轻新生儿住院期间疼痛管理方面的最新研究进展,为提升新生儿住院期间疼痛管理水平提供参考。During their hospital stay,neonates often undergo various invasive medical procedures due to treatment needs,which subjects them to unavoidable pain.In recent years,non-nutritive sucking(NNS)has gradually gained widely attention as a simple and effective method for neonatal pain management.Despite its widespread clinical application,there remain key technical issues that require optimization.This review compiles the latest research advancements on the use of NNS in alleviating pain in hospitalized neonates,aiming to provide references for enhancing pain management levels during neonatal hospitalization.
