摘 要:通过对辽宁高校学生问卷调查分析,探究高校学生心理应激对心理健康的影响。利用SPSS的PRO-CESS宏进行链式中介模型分析,结果表明心理应激水平和应对策略在样本中存在显著差异,且积极应对与心理健康水平呈正相关,而消极应对与心理健康水平呈负相关;积极应对和消极应对在心理应激与心理健康之间都起到显著的中介作用。从预防教育、应对能力提升、资源整合和动态监测与干预四个层面提出高校学生心理应激的干预策略,旨在促进高校学生心理健康。Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey of students in colleges and universities in Liaoning,the influence of studentspsychological stress on mental health was explored.The PROCESS macro of SPSS was used to analyze the chain mediation model.The results showed that there were significant differences in the level of psychological stress and response strategies in the samples,and the positive response was positively correlated with the level of mental health,while the negative response was negatively correlated with the level of mental health.The positive response and negative response played a significant mediating role between psychological stress and mental health.The intervention strategies of studentspsychological stress in colleges and universities are put forward from four aspects:preventive education,coping ability improvement,resource integration and dynamic monitoring and inter-vention,which aims at promoting the mental health of students of colleges and universities.
