摘 要:奶牛围产期是指产犊前3周至产犊后3周,这段时间由于生理和代谢等发生显著变化,奶牛处于免疫抑制状态,多种疾病的发病率和严重程度显著增加,导致奶牛的淘汰率升高、生产性能下降,影响了奶牛养殖业的发展。目前,已经有大量研究针对围产期奶牛免疫抑制的特点及原因进行探讨。本文围绕围产期奶牛免疫抑制的机理进行综述,介绍了营养调控在改善围产期奶牛免疫情况中的应用,为围产期健康管理提供科学依据。The periparturient period of dairy cows refers to the period from 3 weeks before calving to 3 weeks after calving.During this time,due to significant changes in physiology and metabolism,dairy cows are in a state of immunosuppression,and the incidence and severity of many diseases increase significantly,resulting in higher culling rates and lower production performance,which affects the development of dairy farming.A large number of studies have been conducted to address the characteristics and causes of immunosuppression in periparturient dairy cows.This paper reviewed the mechanisms of immunosuppression in periparturient dairy cows,and it introduced the application of nutritional modulation in improving the immune situation of periparturient dairy cows,aiming to provide a scientific basis and practical guidance for health management of dairy cows in periparturient period.
