摘  要:原花青素(PACs)又称缩合单宁,是一类广泛分布于多种植物中的多酚类化合物。近年来,PACs因其多样的生物活性引起了广泛关注。许多研究已证实了PACs在调节炎症反应和促进受损组织修复方面的显著作用,揭示了其作为抗炎活性物质的突出潜力。体内和体外等研究发现,PACs的抗炎作用机制涉及多种不同途径。首先,PACs能有效降低氧化应激水平;其次,PACs对花生四烯酸代谢途径具有调节作用;此外,PACs还能通过影响炎症相关信号通路和诱导巨噬细胞的极化来抑制炎症反应。本文旨在综述PACs的抗炎活性、作用机制及其在畜禽生产上的应用研究进展,为PACs在畜禽生产中的合理高效应用提供参考。Proanthocyanidins(PACs),also known as condensed tannins,are a class of polyphenolic compounds that are widely distributed in many plants.In recent years,PACs have attracted wide attention due to their diverse biological activities.Many studies have confirmed the significant role of PACs in regulating the inflammatory response and promoting the repair of damaged tissues,revealing its outstanding potential as an anti-inflammatory active substance.In vivo and in vitro studies have found that the anti-inflammatory mechanism of PACs involves a variety of different pathways.First of all,PACs can effectively reduce the level of oxidative stress;secondly,PACs have a regulatory effect on the arachidonic acid metabolic pathway;in addition,PACs can also inhibit the inflammatory response by affecting inflammation-related signaling pathways and inducing macrophage polarization.This review aims to review the anti-inflammatory activity,mechanism of action and the latest research progress of PACs in livestock and poultry production,so as to provide reference for the rational and efficient application of PACs in livestock and poultry production.
