健康仔猪血液细胞学、血清生化、血清免疫及血清抗氧化指标参考区间分析研究

摘　　要：本试验旨在建立健康仔猪血液细胞学、血清生化、血清免疫及血清抗氧化指标的参考区间。收集课题组近期试验用402头28~66日龄三元杂交(杜×长×大)仔猪的23项血液细胞学、14项血清生化、3项血清免疫及5项血清抗氧化指标数据,参照临床实验室改进倡议(CLIS)指南和美国兽医协会临床病理学委员会(ASVCP)指南进行统计分析,并与文献报道的参考区间数据进行比较分析。结果表明:本研究所得血液细胞学、血清生化指标参考区间与文献报道基本一致。血清免疫指标免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M的参考区间分别为13.06~38.99μg/mL、128.67~421.40μg/mL、19.33~54.79μg/mL;血清抗氧化指标丙二醛、总抗氧化能力、过氧化氢酶、总超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶参考区间分别为0.75~6.77μmol/mL、0.12~1.02 mmol/L、0.93~9.53 U/mL、108.91~876.51 U/mL、150.23~1113.86 U/mL。由此可见,本研究建立了健康三元杂仔猪血液细胞学、血清生化、血清免疫及血清抗氧化指标的参考区间,为后续仔猪营养研究及健康判断提供了一定的参考依据。This study aimed to establish reference intervals for hematology cytology,serum biochemical,serum immune and serum antioxidant indices of healthy three-cross breed piglets.Data of 23 hematology cytology,14 serum biochemical,3 serum immune and 5 serum antioxidant indices from 402 three-cross breed(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)piglets during 28 to 66 days of age were collected,statistically analyzed following the guidelines of the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments(CLIA)and the American Society for Veterinary Clinical Pathology(ASVCP),and compared the reference intervals obtained in this study with those data reported in literature.The results showed that the reference intervals for hematology cytology and serum biochemical indices identified in this study were largely consistent with data reported in literature.The reference intervals for serum immune indices of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M were 13.06 to 38.99μg/mL,128.67 to 421.40μg/mL and 19.33 to 54.79μg/mL,respectively.The reference intervals for serum antioxidant indices of malondialdehyde,total antioxidant capacity,catalase,total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were 0.75 to 6.77μmol/mL,0.12 to 1.02 mmol/L,0.93 to 9.53 U/mL,108.91 to 876.51 U/mL and 150.23 to 1113.86 U/mL,respectively.In conclusion,this study establishes the reference intervals for hematology cytology,serum biochemical,serum immune and serum antioxidant indices in healthy three-cross breed piglets,and provide a valuable reference for future research in piglet nutrition and health assessment.
