摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中包被复合微量元素(铜、铁、锰、锌、硒)添加水平对产蛋高峰期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血液指标、胫骨指标和微量元素排泄的影响。选取448只33周龄采食正常、体重相近的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复14只鸡。对照组在基础饲粮中添加500 mg/kg普通复合微量元素,3个包被组分别在基础饲粮中添加500(CCTE组)、400(80%CCTE组)和300 mg/kg(60%CCTE组)包被复合微量元素。预试期1周,正试期32周。结果表明:1)各组之间生产性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)3个包被组第28周蛋壳厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各组之间哈氏单位、蛋白高度和蛋壳强度无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)80%CCTE组和60%CCTE组血液锌含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),CCTE组和80%CCTE组血液硒含量显著高于对照组和60%CCTE组(P<0.05)。4)各组之间血清抗氧化指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。5)3个包被组胫骨中铜含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),CCTE组和80%CCTE组胫骨中硒含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。6)3个包被组粪便中锰含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),60%CCTE组粪便中锌和硒含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在蛋鸡饲粮中采用包被复合微量元素替代普通复合微量元素并减量添加20%或40%不会影响蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清抗氧化指标,减量添加40%可显著降低粪便中锰、锌和硒含量。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary coated compound trace elements(copper,iron,manganese,zinc and selenium)supplemental levels on performance,egg quality,blood indices,tibia indices and trace elements excretion of laying hens during peak laying period.A total of 448 Hy-Line brown laying hens aged at 33 weeks with normal feeding and similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 14 hens per replicate.Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg of common compound trace elements,others in coated groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 500(CCTE group),400(80%CCTE group)and 300 mg/kg(60% CCTE group)coated compound trace elements,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 32 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in performances among all groups(P>0.05).2)The eggshell thickness on week 28 of 3 coated groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Haugh unit,albumen height and eggshell strength among all groups(P>0.05).3)The blood zinc content of 80% CCTE group and 60% CCTE group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the blood selenium content of CCTE group and 80% CCTE group was significantly higher than that of control group and 60% CCTE group(P<0.05).4)There were no significant differences in serum antioxidant indices among all groups(P>0.05).5)The tibia copper content of 3 coated groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the tibia selenium content of CCTE group and 80% CCTE group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).6)The fecal manganese content of 3 coated groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the contents of zinc and selenium in feces of 60% CCTE group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,replacin
