摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮蛋白质水平对育成期农大6号商品蛋鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肠道健康和繁殖器官发育的影响,为制定农大6号商品蛋鸡育成期饲养标准提供理论依据。选取8周龄健康状态良好、体重大小相近的农大6号商品蛋鸡270只,随机分为3个组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。A、B、C组分别饲喂蛋白质水平为17.0%、15.5%、14.0%的饲粮。预试期1周,正试期9周,于17周龄末进行生长性能测定和屠宰取样。结果显示:1)C组的平均日采食量极显著高于A组(P<0.01)。2)A组的胫长、胫围和胸宽极显著低于其他2组(P<0.01),B组的体斜长极显著低于其他2组(P<0.01)。3)B组的屠宰率显著高于C组(P<0.05);A组的肝脏指数极显著大于其他2组(P<0.01)。4)A组的空肠相对长度极显著低于其他2组(P<0.01);A组的空肠、回肠绒毛高度与空肠隐窝深度显著低于其他2组(P<0.05);B组的回肠绒隐比显著高于A组(P<0.05)。5)对于盲肠菌群,A组的Observed_species指数显著高于其他2组(P<0.05),Shannon指数显著高于B组(P<0.05);A组的厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)相对丰度最高,B组的拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)和巴恩斯氏菌属(Barnesiella)相对丰度最高。6)B组卵巢中卵泡分布最为密集;A组的输卵管长度极显著低于其他2组(P<0.01);B组的卵巢重量显著高于C组(P<0.05)。由以上结果可知,饲粮蛋白质水平为15.5%更有利于农大6号商品蛋鸡的生长发育和肠道健康。The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary crude protein level on growth performance,slaughter performance,intestinal health and reproductive organ development of Nongda 6 commercial laying hens during growing period,and to provides a theoretical basis for the development of feeding standards for Nongda 6 commercial laying hens during growing period.Two hundred and seventy Nongda 6 commercial laying hens in good health condition at 8 weeks of age with similar body weight and size were randomly divided into three groups,groups A,B and C,with six replicates in each group and 15 hens in each replicate,and the diets of them with the protein levels of 17.0%,15.5% and 14.0%,respectively.The experimental period was 9 weeks,and growth performance was measured and slaughtered for sampling at the end of 17 weeks of age.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily feed intake of group C was extremely significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.01).2)The shank length,shank circumference and breast width of group A were extremely significantly lower than those of the other two groups(P<0.01),and the body slope length of group B was extremely significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.01).3)The slaughter rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05);the liver index of group A was extremely significantly greater than that of the other two groups(P<0.01).4)The relative length of jejunum of group A was extremely significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.01),and the height of jejunal and ileal villi and the depth of jejunal crypts in group A were significantly lower than those of the other two groups(P<0.05);the ratio of ileal villi height to crypt depth of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).5)For cecal microbiota,the Observed_species index of group A was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),and the Shannon index of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05);group A had the highe
