摘 要:本试验旨在研究α-硫辛酸(α-LA)对育肥期热应激绵羊生长性能和血液生化、激素、抗氧化、免疫指标及经济效益的影响。试验选取100只体重为(25.5±1.9)kg、2~3月龄的杜泊羊×湖羊♀F1代公羊,随机分成5组,每组5个重复,每个重复4只。对照组(CTL组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加300(1LA组)、450(2LA组)、600(3LA组)和750 mg/kg DM(4LA组)的α-LA。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)试验期羊舍大部分温湿度指数(THI)处于79~83,绵羊的平均直肠温度均在39.5℃以上,呼吸频频和心率大幅度高于正常范围,说明绵羊处于热应激状态。2)第1~60天,1LA、2LA、3LA和4LA组的平均干物质采食量(ADMI)显著高于CTL组(P<0.05)。3)第30天和第60天时,各组之间血清生化指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)第30天时,3LA组的血浆生长激素(GH)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T 3)和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)含量显著高于CTL组(P<0.05)。第30天和第60天时,1LA、2LA、3LA和4LA组的血浆皮质醇(CORT)含量显著低于CTL组(P<0.05)。5)第30天时,3LA组的血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于CTL组(P<0.05),3LA和4LA组的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于CTL组(P<0.05)。第60天时,1LA、2LA、3LA和4LA组的血清MDA含量显著低于CTL组(P<0.05),4LA组的血清SOD活性显著高于CTL组(P<0.05),1LA、2LA、3LA和4LA组的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性显著高于CTL组(P<0.05),3LA组的血清CAT活性显著高于CTL组(P<0.05)。6)第30天时,3LA和4LA组的血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于CTL组(P<0.05),4LA组的血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量显著高于CTL组(P<0.05)。第60天时,2LA、3LA和4LA组的血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著低于CTL组(P<0.05),3LA和4LA组的血清IL-10含量显著高于CTL组(P<0.05)。7)1LA和3LA组第1~30天的毛收入均高于CTL组。综上所述,饲粮中添加LA可提高绵羊的采食量、抗氧化�This experiment was conducted to study the effects of α-lipoic acid(α-LA)on growth performance,blood biochemical,hormone,antioxidant and immune indices and economic benefits of heat-stressed sheep during fatting period.One hundred 2 to 3-month-old Dorper×Hu F1 generation ram lambs with an average weight of(25.5±1.9)kg were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 4 sheep per replicate.The control group(CTL group)was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 300(1LA group),450(2LA group),600(3LA group)and 750 mg/kg DM(4LA group)α-LA,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)during the experimental period,the temperature humidity index(THI)in the sheep house was mostly between 79 and 83,the average rectal temperature of sheep was above 39.5℃,and both respiratory rate and heart rate were higher than the normal range by a wide margin,indicating that sheep were under heat stress state.2)During days 1 to 60,the average dry matter intake(ADMI)of 1LA,2LA,3LA and 4LA groups was significantly higher than that of the CTL group(P<0.05).3)On days 30 and 60,there were no significant differences in serum biochemical indices among all groups(P>0.05).4)On day 30,the contents of growth hormone(GH),triiodothyronine(T 3)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in plasma of 3LA group were significantly higher than those of the CTL group(P<0.05).On days 30 and 60,the plasma cortisol(CORT)content of 1LA,2LA,3LA and 4LA groups was significantly lower than that of the CTL group(P<0.05).5)On day 30,the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of 3LA group was significantly lower than that of the CTL group(P<0.05),and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in serum of 3LA and 4LA groups were significantly higher than those of the CTL group(P<0.05).On day 60,the serum MDA content of 1LA,2LA,3LA and 4LA groups was significantly lower than that of
