摘 要:社交媒体中的“学习博主”将努力行为转化为可量化的劳动产品,形成劳动同意,这些同意基于“努力自律”“优绩主义”和“努力道德化”的三重机制。量化学习时长、知识产出等行为不仅被视作获取流量的策略,更被建构为社会纪律美德的实践形式。尽管优绩主义饱受理论质疑,但在学习博主社群中,该理念通过平台文化获得强化与合法化,导致“努力纪律”的内化加剧。这种内化过程使个体逐渐丧失对劳动价值的判断能力,陷入自我规训的“努力陷阱”中。社会思潮与文化传统的交织为数字劳动提供了隐蔽的认同基础,学习博主群体在展现“可计算性努力”的过程中,实际上参与了对自身劳动异化的意义再生产。“Study bloggers”on social media transform their efforts into quantifiable labor products,forming labor consent,which is based on a triple mechanism of“striving for self-discipline”,“meritocracy”,and“moralization of effort”.Behaviors such as quantifying study duration and knowledge output are not only regarded as strategies to gain traffic but also constructed as practical forms of the virtues of social discipline.Although meritocracy has been widely questioned in theory,within the community of study bloggers,this concept is strengthened and legitimized through platform culture,leading to an intensification of the internalization of the“discipline of effort”.This internalization process causes individuals to gradually lose their ability to judge the value of labor and fall into the“effort trap”of self-discipline.The intertwining of social trends of thought and cultural traditions provides a covert foundation for the identification of digital labor.In the process of demonstrating“calculable effort”,the group of study bloggers is actually participating in the reproduction of the meaning of their own labor alienation.
