摘  要:水稻是人类重要的粮食作物之一。水稻的株型与水稻的产量密切相关。其中,株高作为株型重要的性状之一受到广泛关注和研究。从半矮化育种即“第一次绿色革命”开始,水稻株高调控的分子机制逐步得到了较为系统的研究,为精准分子育种提供了良好的基础。多种植物激素参与水稻株高的调控,包括赤霉素、生长素和细胞分裂素等,其中最为重要的是赤霉素信号途径。本文从赤霉素合成与代谢、赤霉素信号转导以及赤霉素与其他植物激素协同作用三个方面重点阐述了赤霉素信号途径在水稻株高调控中的研究进展,同时,展望了水稻株高调控研究的主要方向,旨在为相关基础研究和作物遗传改良提供参考。Rice is one of the most important food crops.The plant type of rice is closely related to the yield of rice.Plant height,as an important factor of plant type,has been widely concerned and studied.The molecular mechanism of rice plant height regulation has been systematically studied since semi-dwarfing breeding,the first Green Revolution in rice,providing a good basis for precision molecular breeding.Many plant hormones participate in the control of plant height of rice,such as gibberellin(GA),auxin and cytokinin,and GA signaling pathway is the most important.Herein,the research progress of GA signaling pathway in regulating plant height in rice was reviewed,including synthesis and metabolism of GA,signal transduction of GA,and its synergistic effect with other plant hormones,and the main direction for further studying regulation mechanism of rice plant height was also introduced,which may be helpful for related basic research and crop genetic improvement.
