摘  要:水泥基材料广泛应用于基础设施建设,水泥基材料水化产物的主要产物是水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶,占水化产物体积的60%~70%,C-S-H元素组成对水泥基材料的力学性能和耐久性有重要影响。利用LIBS技术对制备的C-S-H粉末进行了元素分析,并利用电光晶体控制LIBS光的采集和关断来探究C-S-H中含有的Ca、Si、O和H元素随时间的演化规律,从而计算C-S-H的钙硅比。与X射线电子能谱、飞行时间二次离子质谱分析等元素分析技术的实验结果进行对比,LIBS可以多元素分析、高灵敏度、实时分析等,是更全面高效的水泥基材料元素分析技术。Cement-based materials are widely used in infrastructure construction.The main hydration product of cement-based materials is calcium silicate hydrates(C-S-H)gel,accounting for 60-70%of the volume of hydration products.The elemental composition of C-S-H has an important impact on the mechanical properties and durability of cement-based materials.Thus,elemental analysis is carried out on prepared C-S-H powder using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)technique.The temporal evolution of Ca,Si,O,and H elements in C-S-H is investigated by controlling the LIBS light collection and switching-off using electro-optic crystals,and the calcium silicon ratio is calculated.Compared with the experimental results of other elemental analysis techniques such as X-ray electron spectroscopy and time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectroscopy,LIBS is a more comprehensive and efficient element analysis technique for cement-based materials,which can perform real-time multi-element analysis with high sensitivity.
