基于实测数据的海上风电运行安全分析

摘  要:随着近些年海上风电装机规模不断扩大,海上风电结构安全问题日益受到关注。以广东某海上风电场风机为例,基于风机叶片断裂前、中、后三个时间段实测振动倾斜数据,分析了风机基础及塔筒支撑结构受到叶片断裂冲击的振动、倾斜动态响应。结果表明:叶片断裂的发生会对结构产生巨大冲击,相较风机叶片断裂前塔筒顶振动变化最大值增加了12倍左右,基础顶倾斜变化最大值增加了9.4倍,风机叶片断裂后10 min恢复稳定,观测稳定后基础顶倾斜数据,未发现单桩基础发生永久性不均匀沉降。结果可供海上风机安全分析参考。With the continuous expansion of offshore wind power installation scale in recent years,the safety issue of offshore wind power structures receives increasing attention.Taking the wind turbine in an offshore wind farm in Guangdong Province as an example,the vibration and tilt dynamic responses of the wind turbine foundation and the tower support structure under the impact of blade fracture are analyzed based on on-site measured vibration and tilt data before,during and after the blade fracture.The results show that the occurrence of blade fracture has a huge impact on the structures.Compared to those values before the blade fracture,the maximum vibration of the tower top increases by about 12 times,and the maximum tilt of the foundation top increases by 9.4 times.The wind turbine structures return to stabilization 10 minutes after the fracture of the turbine blade.The tilt data of the foundation top after stabilization shows that no permanent uneven settlement is found in the single-pile foundation.The results could be useful reference for the safety analysis of offshore wind turbines.
