水电站安全稳定控制装置线路跳闸判断方法与实施方案

摘  要:水电站安全稳定控制装置能否正确动作,直接关系到水电站及区域电网安全的稳定运行。针对瀑布沟水电站安全稳定控制装置线路跳闸判断方法存在的不足,改进了线路跳闸判断方法,提出了安全稳定控制装置软硬件扩展实施方案。试验结果表明,改进后瀑布沟安全稳定控制装置能够准确判出电网故障并按既定策略可靠执行控制措施,提高了安全稳定控制装置的可靠性。Whether the safety and stability control devices in a hydropower station can correctly operate will directly affect the safe and stable operation of the station and the regional power grid.To address the problems of the line tripping judgement method for the safety and stability control devices in Pubugou Hydropower Station,the traditional line tripping judgement method is improved and a software and hardware improvement scheme for the safety and stability control devices are proposed.The experimental results show that the improved safety and stability control devices in Pubugou Hydropower Station can accurately detect power grid faults and reliably implement control measures according to pre-established strategies,and the reliability is greatly improved.
