摘 要:计算机监控系统是水电站安全I区的核心系统,要求其升级改造尽可能不影响系统正常运行。基于数字孪生技术提出了一种新型的监控系统上位机改造方案,通过虚拟LCU、虚式设备映射、虚实转换等技术,最大程度减轻改造过程对内部、外部各项系统的影响,并最终实现虚拟转变回现实的目标。所提方案可确保计算机监控系统在改造过程稳定运行,有广泛的应用前景。The computer monitoring system is the core system of the safety zone I of hydropower stations.It is required that the upgrading and renovation of the system should not affect its normal operation as much as possible.A new renovation scheme for the host computer in the monitoring system is proposed based on digital twin technology,which can minimize the impact of the renovation process on internal and external systems through virtual LCU,virtual device mapping,and virtuality-reality conversion techniques,and ultimately realize the virtuality to reality transformation.The proposed scheme can ensure the stable operation of the computer monitoring system during the renovation process and is thus of broad application prospects.
