摘　　要：温度计作为干式变压器校验精度、运行安全的关键附件之一,目前对温度计校验唯一方法是将温度计放入油槽中,然后长时间手持油槽进行加热的运行校验,存在着操作繁琐、费时费力及安全隐患等问题。为此研制了一种新型油槽固定起升装置,其结构简单、操作方便、准确快速、成本低廉等,还提升了自动化程度和精度,有效提高整个校验过程的工作效率,降低了校验人员的劳动强度。Thermometer is one of the key accessories for the accuracy calibration and operation safety of dry-type transformers.At present,the only method for calibrating the thermometer is to place it in an oil groove and then hold the groove for a long time to perform heating and calibration,which is of various problems such as cumbersome operation,time-consuming and laborious,and potentially hazardous.Thus,a novel oil groove fixed lifting device is developed,which is of a simple structure,easy operation,high accuracy and speed,and low cost.Also,the automation and accuracy are enhanced,which effectively improve the efficiency of the calibration work and reduce the labor intensity of calibration personnel.
