励磁系统灭磁装置中氧化锌电阻选型研究

摘  要:高能量的非线性氧化锌电阻具有优良的灭磁效果,在水轮机组励磁系统中得到广泛应用。针对非线性氧化锌目前选型方法的不足,提出了单片非线性氧化锌的能容估算方法和氧化锌电阻的反向荷电率计算方法,改进了氧化锌电阻选配流程。实例分析表明:应用本方法可显著提升励磁系统灭磁装置的性能和可靠性,可供选配氧化锌电阻参考。High energy nonlinear zinc oxide resistors are of excellent de-excitation performance and thus widely used in excitation systems of hydro-turbine units.While,the current type selection methods for nonlinear zinc oxide resistors are rather rough.A method to estimate the energy absorption capacity of a single nonlinear zinc oxide and a method to calculate the reverse charging rate of zinc oxide resistors are proposed.The selection process of zinc oxide resistors is improved.Case studies show that the proposed methods can significantly improve the performance and reliability of the de-excitation device in the excitation systems.It could be useful reference for the selection of zinc oxide resistors.
