摘　　要：水轮机转轮止漏环的主要作用是减少机组的容积损失。针对某电站机组A级检修过程中发现的转轮上止漏环裂纹,分析裂纹产生的原因,采用厂房内现场更换转轮上止漏环,彻底解决转轮上止漏环缺陷,保障了水轮发电机组安全稳定运行。The main function of the sealing ring of hydro-turbine runner is to reduce the volume loss of the unit.During the A-level maintenance of a unit in a hydropower station,cracks are found on the upper sealing ring of the runner.Possible causes of the cracks are analyzed.Then,on-site replacement of the upper sealing ring is carried out.The problem is successfully solved and the safe and stable operation of the units are ensured.
