百万千瓦水轮发电机组水导轴承润滑性能分析

摘  要:白鹤滩水电站共有16台1000 MW立轴混流式水轮发电机组,其水轮机导轴承为稀油润滑、分块瓦式滑动导轴承。运用流体动力润滑理论,结合白鹤滩水电站水轮发电机组水轮机导轴承结构、运行参数,从理论上对其润滑和承载性能进行计算和分析,揭示在机组运行时轴承油膜厚度、压力等分布规律。为机组运行维护阶段的故障诊断分析,提供重要的数据参考。There are totally sixteen 1000MW vertical shaft Francis hydro-turbine generator units in Baihetan Hydropower Station.The guide bearings of the units are thin oil lubricated segmented tile sliding type.Based on the fluid dynamic lubrication theory,and the structure and operation parameters of the guide bearings,the lubrication and bearing performance are calculated and analyzed theoretically.The distribution of the oil film thickness and the pressure during the operation of the units is revealed.The results provide important reference for the fault diagnosis and analysis during the operation and maintenance of the units.
