摘　　要：目前中大型发电厂主要使用充油变压器,其油含气量是否符合规程要求直接影响到变压器的运行状态。基于文献研究及实践经验,建立了500 kV变压器油含气量超标故障树,提出了油含气量超标成因分析一般步骤和预防措施,根据某电厂2013至2019年变压器油检测结果的分析,发现了变压器油含气量升高的主要原因,可以为同类型变压器含气量超标问题的发现、预防和治理提供有益的参考。Currently,large and medium size power plants mainly use oil filled transformers.Whether the oil gas content meets the regulatory requirements directly affects the operation status of the transformers.Based on literature review and practical experience,a fault tree for excessive gas content in oil of 500 kV transformers is established.The general analysis processes and prevention measures for excessive oil gas content are proposed.Then,based on the analysis of the examination results of the transformer oil from 2013 to 2019 in a power plant,major reasons for the increase of gas content in transformer oil are determined.The results provide useful reference for the discovery,prevention,and treatment of excessive oil gas content in transformers of the same type.
