摘　　要：农业绿色发展是一项紧迫而艰巨的任务。本文构建了新阶段的评价指标体系,运用定基极差权法、Dagum基尼系数、Kernel密度估计法定量评估2009—2022年中国农业绿色发展水平、区域差异和动态演进趋势。研究发现:(1)2009年以来中国农业绿色发展稳步提升,2015-2019年成效尤为显著,实践成效是主要拉动因素;(2)中国农业绿色发展呈现“东高西低、东北略显乏力”“主销区水平高、速度快”的空间格局,省际差距明显,与国际水平存在一定差距;(3)中国农业绿色发展的区域差异在波动中扩大,区域间差异是关键因素;(4)中国及三大粮食功能区农业绿色发展的绝对差异呈扩大趋势,多级分化现象趋于明显。未来,要尊重人民主体地位,补齐发展短板,加强区域协调发展,打造各具特色的农业绿色发展样板。The pursuit of agricultural green development is both urgent and challenging.In the new stage of agricultural green development,this paper constructs an evaluation index system and uses entropy weight method to quantitatively assess the level of agricultural green development in China from 2009 to 2022.Furthermore,this paper utilizes Dagum Gini coefficient and Kernel density estimation to explore the regional differences and dynamic evolution trends of agricultural green development.The findings are as follows:(1)China's agricultural green development level has been steadily increasing since 2009,with a particularly notable improvement from 2015 to 2019,primarily driven by practical achievements.(2)At the regional level,a development pattern of"high levels in the east,low levels in the west,and relatively weak development in the northeast"and"both high levels of development and rapid growth in the main marketing areas"has emerged,with obvious inter-provincial differences,and there is still a certain gap compared to international levels.(3)Regional differences are expanding amid fluctuations,with inter-regional differences being the key factor.(4)Both at the national level and within the three major food functional areas,absolute differences in agricultural green development a have been widening,with an increasing trend of multi-level differentiation.In the future,the government should address the weak points of agricultural green development,respect the dominant role of the people,strengthen regional coordinated development,and localities need to face the objective gap to create a model of green agricultural development with their own characteristics.
