摘　　要：由于人口增长、资源环境问题和社会经济发展矛盾日益突出,全球对生态安全研究的重视程度不断提高。在这种背景下,生态安全格局在协调生态系统服务与人类社会发展之间的桥梁作用就变得格外重要,其也被视为区域生态安全的重要内容,也是社会经济发展不可分割的一部分。本文对伊犁州州直矿产资源总体规划引入生态安全格局的必要性,在构建生态安全格局及其应用研究进展的基础上进行了探讨。基于生态安全格局的矿产资源总体规划编制框架是根据生态优先的原则,从区域人地系统的全局性出发制定的,也在一定程度上明确了其与传统规划在思想、基本原则、主体内容和实现方式等方面的根本区别。在此基础上总结了引入生态安全格局后伊犁州州直矿产资源总体规划的实践经验,为矿产资源规划与生态安全格局深度融合提供了经验。Due to the increasingly prominent contradictions between population growth,resource and environmental issues,and socio-economic development,global attention to ecological security research has been continuously rising.In this context,the ecological security pattern plays a particularly important role as a bridge between coordinating ecosystem services and human social development;it is also regarded as an important component of regional ecological security and an integral part of socio-economic development.This paper discusses the necessity of introducing an ecological security pattern into the overall planning of mineral resources in Yili Prefecture,based on the research progress in constructing and applying ecological security patterns.The framework for formulating the overall planning of mineral resources based on the ecological security pattern is formulated from the perspective of the overall regional human-land system according to the principle of ecological priority,and it also clarifies the fundamental differences between it and traditional planning in terms of ideology,basic principles,main content,and implementation methods,to a certain extent.On this basis,the practical experience of the overall planning of mineral resources in Yili Prefecture after introducing the ecological security pattern is summarized,providing insights for the deep integration of mineral resource planning and ecological security patterns.
