摘 要:为掌握新疆某萤石矿的可利用性,通过XRF、XRD、光学及电子显微镜、AMIC(矿物自动分析仪)分析系统等,对矿石的化学成分、矿物组成及萤石与主要脉石矿物方解石、石英的嵌布特征、粒度分布、磨矿后矿物间连生特征进行了系统的分析和研究。结果表明:该矿石主要矿物为萤石(29.85%)、方解石(42%)、石英(14.91%),少量其它矿物,属碳酸盐型萤石矿。矿石粗磨至0.7mm时,萤石、方解石自由表面积已高达90.75%、95.56%,已近单体及富连体状态,少量未解离萤石主要与方解石连生。即常规磨矿时主要矿物已具备的较高的单体解离基础,为下一步精磨精选节约了磨矿成本、简化了工艺流程。To evaluate the economic viability of a fluorite deposit in Xinjiang,a systematic analysis and study were conducted on the chemical composition,mineral composition,as well as the embedding characteristics,particle size distribution,and mineral intergrowth characteristics of fluorite and the main vein minerals calcite and quartz,using XRF,XRD,optical and electron microscopes,and AMIC(Automatic Mineral Analyzer)analysis system.The results show that the main minerals of the ore are fluorite(29.85%),calcite(42%),quartz(14.91%),and a small amount of other minerals,belonging to carbonate type fluorite ore.When the ore is roughly ground to 0.7mm,the free surface area of fluorite and calcite has reached 90.75%and 95.56%,approaching the state of monomers and rich connected bodies.A small amount of undissociated fluorite is mainly associated with calcite.The high monomer dissociation foundation that the main minerals already possess during conventional grinding saves grinding costs and simplifies the process flow for the next step of fine grinding and selection.
