摘  要:以磷石膏与普通硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料,通过单因素试验法,分析了磷石膏、粉煤灰、生石灰的掺量和水胶比变化对石膏基胶凝材料物理力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着磷石膏掺量的提升,石膏基胶凝材料的强度下降,而软化系数和导热系数增加,磷石膏最佳掺量为60%;28d强度与软化系数随着粉煤灰掺量先增大后减小,导热系数随着粉煤灰掺量的增加缓慢减小,粉煤灰最佳掺量为25%;强度随着生石灰掺量先减小后增大再减小,软化系数与导热系数随着粉煤灰掺量的增加先增大后减小,生石灰最佳掺量为6%;强度随着水胶比的增加而降低,软化系数与导热系数随着水胶比的增大先增大后减小,最优水胶比范围宜为0.30~0.35。This paper takes the industrial by-product phosphogypsum as the main material,with ordinary Portland cement as the basic material,the effects of phosphogypsum,fly ash and quicklime content and water-glue ratio on the physical and mechanical properties of gypsum-based cementitious materials were analyzed by single factor test method.The test results show that the strength of gypsum base cementified material decreases with the increase of phosphogypsum content,the softening coefficient and thermal conductivity increase with the increase of phosphogypsum content,and the optimal content of phosphogypsum is 60%.The 28d strength and softening coefficient first increase and then decrease with the fly ash content,the thermal conductivity decreases slowly with the fly ash content increasing,and the optimal fly ash content is 25%.With the increase of fly ash content,the softening coefficient and thermal conductivity increase first and then decrease,and the optimal lime content is 6%.The strength decreases with the increase of water-binder ratio,and the softening coefficient and thermal conductivity increase first and then decrease with the increase of water-binder ratio.The optimal water-binder ratio range should be 0.30~0.35.
