摘 要:针对湖南某复杂微细粒级萤石矿回收过程中存在精矿指标差等问题,根据矿石性质开展选矿工艺研究,开发出新型高效抑制剂DT-01和“磨矿—粗选—粗精矿再磨—九次精选”的萤石回收新工艺。采用新药剂和新工艺,全流程闭路试验可获得产率35.22%、CaF_(2)品位96.19%、回收率83.13%的萤石精矿,实现了该复杂微细粒级萤石资源的高效综合回收。Concerning the problems like suboptimal concentrate indicators during the recovery process of a complex micro-fine-grained fluorite ore in Hunan,through investigations on the ore characteristics and beneficiation procedures,a novel and highly effective inhibitor DT-01 and a new fluorite recovery process of"grinding-roughing-regrinding of coarse concentrate-nine times of cleaning"were developed.By implementing the new reagents and process,the full-process closed-circuit test was capable of obtaining a fluorite concentrate with a yield of 35.22%,a CaF_(2) grade of 96.19%,and a recovery rate of 83.13%,achieving the efficient and comprehensive recovery of this complex micro-fine-grained fluorite resource.
