摘  要:坚固性试验硫酸钠使用量大,试验后废液量多,废液处理成本高,试剂耗材成本大。通过对坚固性试验废液加热溶解、碱化沉淀、热过滤、酸碱中和、加热浓缩、低温结晶等过程对试验废液中的硫酸钠进行回收再利用研究,测定回收硫酸钠纯度,并采用石灰岩、花岗岩、白云石大理岩、机制砂、天然河砂等试样使用回收硫酸钠和试剂硫酸钠进行条件比对试验,对回收物性能进行了验证,实验组和对照组坚固性试验结果无显著差异。A large amount of sodium sulfate is used in the consistency test.After the consistency test,a large amount of waste liquid is produced.The cost of waste liquid treatment is high,and the cost of reagent consumables is also high.The research focuses on the recovery and reutilization of sodium sulfate from waste liquid through a series of processes,including heating dissolution,alkaline precipitation,thermal filtration,acid-base neutralization,heating concentration,and low-temperature crystallization.The purity of recovered sodium sulfate was determined.Moreover,limestone,granite,dolomitic marble,manufactured sand,natural river sand and other samples were verified to use recovered sodium sulfate and reagent sodium sulfate for condition comparison test,and the performance of recycled products was verified,and there was no significant difference in the robustness test results between the experimental group and the control group.
