伟晶岩型石英矿制备高纯石英选矿提纯试验研究

摘　　要：高纯石英是我国战略紧缺资源,目前主要依赖进口,但随着国内电子行业、能源行业的不断发展和中高端硅产品需求的不断上涨,各源头企业对高纯石英的需求与日俱增。因此,国内高纯石英产量低,缺乏稳定的高端产品等问题亟需解决。试验选取青海某地伟晶岩型石英矿进行选矿提纯试验研究,在前人研究的基础上优化手选过程、焙烧水淬作业顺序以及浮选药剂,通过“粗碎—手选—细碎—筛分—磁选—一次浮选—焙烧水淬—酸洗—二次浮选—氯化焙烧”选矿工艺提纯,最终获得粒度在0.1~0.3mm、SiO_(2)含量为99.996%、总杂质含量为22.13μg/g的石英砂,满足光伏用高纯石英砂指标要求石英精砂产品。High purity quartz is a strategic scarce resource in China and mainly relies on imports at present.However,with the continuous development of domestic electronics industry and energy industry and the increasing demand for high-end silicon products,the demand for high purity quartz by various source enterprises is increasing.Therefore,the domestic high purity quartz production is low,the lack of stable high-end products and other problems need to be solved.Test selection of pegmatite quartz in Qinghai,on the basis of previous optimization hand selection process,roasting water quenching operation sequence and flotation agent,through the"coarse-hand-fine,sieve,magnetic separation,a flotation,baking water quenching,pickling,secondary flotation,chlorination roasting"beneficiation process purification,finally obtained particle size between 0.1~0.3mm,SiO_(2)content is 99.996%,the total impurity content of 22.13ug/g,meet the requirement of photovoltaic with high purity quartz sand index of quartz sand products.
