双碳背景下氟化工行业资源安全保障分析

摘　　要：通过综合分析氟化工行业发展资源需求、国内外萤石资源储量分布、消费结构、用途及供需形势,探讨了“双碳”背景叠加当前复杂国际形势对氟化工行业资源安全保障的冲击与影响,提出了增储保障供给、高效利用共伴生萤石矿、促进磷矿伴生氟资源的利用和调整出口等4个方面的建议,以保障氟化工行业可持续发展。According to comprehensively analyzing the development resource demand of the fluorine chemical industry,the distribution of domestic and foreign fluorite resource reserves,consumption structure,usage,and supply and demand situation,this paper explores the impact and impact of the"dual carbon"background and the current complex international situation on the resource security guarantee of the fluorine chemical industry.Suggestions are proposed in four aspects:increasing storage and ensuring supply,efficiently utilizing co occurring fluorite ore,promoting the utilization of fluorite resources associated with phosphate ore,and adjusting exports to ensure the sustainable development of the fluorine chemical industry.
