摘　　要：2023年4—7月在湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州采集到一系列蛙科Ranidae与角蟾科Megophryidae物种标本,经形态学比较和基于线粒体16S rRNA基因部分片段的分子系统学研究,发现中华湍蛙Amolops sinensis、贵师掌突蟾Leptobrachella yunyangensis、桑植角蟾Boulenophrys sangzhiensis 3种湖北省两栖类新记录种,同时确认了宜章臭蛙Odorrana yizhangensis在湖北省的分布记录并补充了其形态、分子和生物学信息。本研究发现了贵师掌突蟾除模式产地外的第二个分布点,将其已知分布范围从湖南省西北部扩展至湖北省西南部,将中华湍蛙的已知分布范围的北限延伸至湖北省西南部;同时讨论了湖北省产臭蛙属Odorrana、湍蛙属Amolops、掌突蟾属Leptobrachella、布角蟾属Boulenophrys的物种多样性与存疑记录,建议删去湖北省原记录的龙胜臭蛙O.lungshengensis、峨山掌突蟾L.os‐hanensis、蟼掌突蟾L.pelodytoides、短肢角蟾B.brachykolos、小角蟾B.minor 5种的分布记录,并将华南湍蛙A.rick‐etti列为存疑记录,未来需继续开展对湖北地区两栖动物多样性的厘定工作。In this study,a number of specimens of the anuran families Ranidae and Megophryidae were collected during a field survey conducted in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Hubei Province,China.Combining the morphological and molecular phylogenic evidences based on the mitochondrial 16S rRNA,three anuran species(Amolops sinensis,Leptobrachella yunyangensis,and Boulenophrys sangzhiensis)that have never been recorded from the province were identified.The distribution of Odorrana yizhangensis in Hubei was confirmed and additional information on morphological,molecular,and natural-history features of the species found there was provided.A new occurrence site of L.yunyangensis along its type locality was found,and the range of B.sangzhiensis from northwest Hunan Province to southwest Hubei Province and the range of A.sinensis northwards to southwest Hubei Province were expanded.Furthermore,the species diversity of Odorrana,Amolops,Leptobrachella,and Boulenophrys in Hubei Province was further discussed,and some doubtful records were questioned.It is suggested to remove the previous records of O.lungshengensis,L.oshanensis,L.pelodytoides,B.brachykolos,B.minor from the list and add A.ricketti as a record with doubt,and to conduct a comprehensive revision for the diversity of amphibians in Hubei Province.
