摘　　要：大熊猫国家公园是我国野生大熊猫Ailuropoda melanoleuca重要的自然栖息地,其周边村落饲养犬只较多,但犬只感染弓形虫Toxoplasma gondii的情况和数据并不清楚。为掌握大熊猫公园成都片区毗邻的村落犬只弓形虫感染情况及潜在风险因素,于2022—2023年对大熊猫国家公园成都片区周边毗邻的11个村/镇/社区饲养犬只居民进行逐户走访、问卷调查,收集了犬只性别、年龄、犬种数据,并采集了63份犬只的血液样本。通过酶联免疫吸附试验与PCR检测样品中弓形虫抗体及核酸,结果显示弓形虫核酸阳性率为0%(0/63),弓形虫抗体阳性率为33.33%(21/63),不同犬种(宠物犬、田园犬)间的感染率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。研究结果可为大熊猫国家公园成都片区周边犬只弓形虫的防控预警提供科学数据。Giant Panda National Park is an important natural habitat for wild giant pandas(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)in China.Toxoplasma gondii can spread among dogs,giant pandas and other wildlife.To understand the infection status of T.gondii in dogs and potential risk factors in villages adjacent to the Chengdu Area of the Giant Panda Park,door-to-door visits and questionnaire surveys were conducted from 2022 to 2023 to collect data on the sex,age,breed.Moreover,blood samples of 63 dogs were collected.ELISA and PCR were used to detect antibodies and nucleic acid of T.gondii,respec‐tively.The results showed that the positive rate of nucleic acid was 0%(0/63),while the positive rate of antibody was 33.33%(21/63).There was a significant difference in the prevalence of T.gondii infections between pet dogs and field dogs(P<0.05).This study provides scientific reference for the prevention and control of T.gondii in dogs around Chengdu Area of Giant Panda National Park.
