茉莉花渣对隆林黑山羊养分表观消化率、生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在探讨茉莉花渣替代部分饲粮对隆林黑山羊养分表观消化率、生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及血清生化指标的影响。试验选取30只4月龄、体重(11.00±1.50)kg的隆林黑山羊,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组15个重复,每个重复1只黑山羊。试验组饲粮中使用12%的茉莉花渣替代部分基础饲粮,对照组饲喂基础饲粮。预试期5 d,正式试验期90 d。结果表明:试验组粗纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率分别比对照组显著提高5.58%和9.18%(P<0.05),而粗蛋白表观消化率比对照组显著降低7.14%(P<0.05)。试验组的末重、总增重、平均日增重及平均日采食量分别比对照组显著提高10.89%、14.01%、13.68%、12.80%(P<0.05),料重比比对照组显著降低1.96%(P<0.05)。试验组的宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重、骨重、屠宰率、净肉率分别比对照组显著提高10.17%、17.20%、16.89%、9.81%、6.33%、8.06%(P<0.05)。试验组的大理石纹评分、熟肉率分别比对照组显著提高4.56%、3.69%(P<0.05),剪切力比对照组显著降低7.16%(P<0.05)。试验组肌肉的必需氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸、总氨基酸、α-亚麻酸、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、多不饱和脂肪酸和n-3多不饱和脂肪酸含量分别比对照组显著提高14.90%、7.85%、5.76%、11.89%、3.41%、9.80%、34.16%(P<0.05)。试验组血清谷丙转氨酶活性、白蛋白、甘油三酯、钙含量分别比对照组显著提高14.91%、3.37%、38.23%、10.89%(P<0.05),而总胆固醇含量比对照组显著降低23.69%(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中使用12%茉莉花渣替代基础饲粮能够提高隆林黑山羊的养分表观消化率、生长性能、屠宰性能,改善肉品质及血清生化指标。The experiment aims to explore the effects of replacing part of the feed with jasmine residue on the apparent digestibility,growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,and serum biochemical indicators of Longlin black goats.A total of 30 four-month-old Longlin black goats with body weight of(11.00±1.50)kg were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.Each group had 15 replicates,with one black goat per replicate.The experimental group was fed with 12%jasmine residue as a substitute for some of the basic feed,while the control group was only fed with basic feed.The pre trial period was five days and the formal trial lasted for 90 days.The results showed that the apparent digestibility of crude fiber and acid detergent fiber in experimental group were significantly increased by 5.58%,9.18%compared with control group(P<0.05),while the apparent digestibility of crude protein was significantly decreased by 7.14%compared with control group(P<0.05).The final weight,total weight gain,average daily gain,and average daily feed intake of experimental group were significantly increased by 10.89%,14.01%,13.68%,12.80%compared with control group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased by 1.96%compared with control group(P<0.05).The live weight before slaughter,carcass weight,net meat weight,bone weight,slaughter rate,and net meat rate of experimental group were significantly increased by 10.17%,17.20%,16.89%,9.81%,6.33%,8.06%compared with control group,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the marbling score and cooked meat percentage of experimental group were significantly increased by 4.56%,3.69%(P<0.05),respectively,and the shear force was significantly decreased by 7.16%(P<0.05).The concentrations of essential amino acids,umami amino acids,total amino acids,α-linolenic acid,DHA,polyunsaturated fatty acids,and n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in experimental group were significantly increased by 14.90%,7.85%,5.76%,11.8
