摘  要:试验旨在研究不同剂量复合益生菌对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率、免疫功能及血清生化指标的影响。试验选择48只体重相近、健康的杜湖杂交羔羊,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只羔羊。对照组饲喂全混合饲粮,试验组在全混合饲粮中分别添加0.1%、0.2%和0.3%复合益生菌。预试期7 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,0.2%组和0.3%组肉羊的平均日增重显著提高14.08%和14.64%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低7.11%和6.94%(P<0.05);0.2%组肉羊的粗蛋白和粗脂肪表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05),0.2%组和0.3%组肉羊的中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05)。试验组血清免疫球蛋白(IgG)含量比对照组分别显著提高16.65%、21.89%、18.40%(P<0.05),0.2%和0.3%组血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组血清尿素氮(BUN)含量分别显著降低15.95%、19.43%、17.69%(P<0.05),0.2%组和0.3%组血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著升高(P<0.05),血清谷草转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著降低(P<0.05),试验组血清总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)含量有降低的趋势(P>0.05)。研究表明,在饲粮中添加0.2%复合益生菌有利于肉羊吸收饲料营养成分,改善机体健康,提高生长性能。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of adding different doses of compound probiotics on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,immune function,and serum biochemical indexes of mutton sheep.A total of 48 healthy and health Duhu crossbred lambs with similar body weights were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and four lambs per replicate.The control group was fed a total mixed diet,while the experimental groups were fed the total mixed diet supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%,and 0.3%compound probiotics,respectively.The pretrial period lasted for seven days,the formal trial period lasted for 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain in the 0.2%and 0.3%groups significantly increased by 14.08%and 14.64%(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio significantly decreased by 7.11%and 6.94%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of crude protein and crude fat in the 0.2%group significantly increased(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in the 0.2%and 0.3%groups significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content in the experimental groups was 16.65%,21.89%,and 18.40%significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the serum interleukin-2(IL-2)content in the 0.2%and 0.3%groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum urea nitrogen(BUN)content in the experimental groups significantly decreased by 15.95%,19.43%,and 17.69%(P<0.05),the serum total protein(TP)content in the 0.2%and 0.3%groups significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)concentrations in the experimental groups showed a decreasing trend(P>0.05).The study indicates that 0.2%compound probiotics in the diet can help mutton sheep to absorb feed nutrition,improve body
